For the past 5 years I have been a Project Creating Independence through Student-owned Strategies (CRISS) Trainer and Educational Consultant. I have taught K-12. I have experience teaching all core subjects, Leadership, Student Government and Global Studies. I received a Masters of Arts in Educational Leadership from NMHU in 2009. I have been an educator for 16 years, starting as an outdoor educator in England, Costa Rica and on a schooner in the Puget Sound before moving to the classroom in 2000. I am passionate about divergent thinking, exploring, learning new things and inspiring others to want to do the same.
