I'm a first year teacher who is simultaneously inspired and overwhelmed by trying to build meaningful math instruction. I'm interested in how to better conduct cooperative learning! I need more strategies for giving students accountability in their groups, focused roles/activities to get them working together on the math, and ways to get students leading their own discussions rather than merely participating in mine.
